First of all, the precision of the product, the mould just introduced, their error is between plus and minus 0.05~ 0.2mm

If the accuracy of the product is within + 0.05, please use :3,4,5 models of molds

If the product accuracy is within the range of plus or minus 0.1, please use :1,2 models of molds (of course, 3,4,5 can also be used. But the cost is high).

The customer cannot relax the tolerance of the product, so do not want to use the low-cost mold

Secondly, the material of the product materials, at present, die - cutting materials are numerous

The most common ones are double-sided adhesive,PET, foam, etc.

Take double-sided adhesive as an example, the material is soft and the precision is not high, so it is best to use the glue plate mold, and the glue plate mold is cheap.

High precision mould with corrosion, mould cost is not high, and can satisfy the product tolerance, can also use carving mode, but the cost is higher, corrosion die but no engraving die stability and long life with good. (just mention these mould cost high and low: 2 < < 3 1 < < 5)

Take PET as an example. The material is hard, especially for PET with a thickness of more than 0.188MM

If it reaches more than 0.8mm, please use the metal mould. The metal punch is not easy to break

After laminating with various materials, the thickness, softness and hardness of the root product depend on the complexity to realize what kind of mould to use, such as wood mould and plastic film blade height is relatively high and easy to adjust

Corrosion mold is generally 1MM~ 1.5mm engraving mold is generally 1MM~2MM hardware mold is punch

Thirdly, the production quantity of the product is chosen according to the life of the mould

Generally speaking, the die life is arranged as 5>, 4>, 3>, 2> and 1 according to the stamping times

If the product is in large quantity and easy to punch, try to use wood mould and glue plate mould.

If the product accuracy is high, the products that are easy to punch should use the corrosion die as far as possible

If the product is of high precision and cannot be disposed of at one time, it can be disposed of by using engraving molds or metal molds (because they can be moulded according to the Angle you imagine).

If the product is complex, the QDC mould can be used for multiple processes. The positioning hole is convenient, and the size precision of the product can also be guaranteed within plus or minus 5 wires
